Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Overland Park-West, an IHG Hotel

I liked the hotel it was clean and very nice. I liked that they had a restaurant on site and that our towels were changed out without us having to ask. I liked the location it was very nice.

Didn't eat breakfast this time. Ease of getting to and the amenities that were close by. Nice welcome gift.

Staff were friendly the afternoon we checked in, but not so much when we checked out. Breakfast was good.
